We are currently running a kettlebell class. Ideal for beginners all the way up to experienced kettlebell users.
Run by Will, the session covers a full programme from warm up to set swings. Each week he explores new techniques and set tests to help you improve to the next weight. Each session is ended with a light few minutes of Yoga to cool down.

Mat classes in Mullion, Helston and Mawnan Smith.
Seated/standing class in Mullion.
Online classes also available (Monday 8.20am and Thursday 5.15pm)

New free weights Gym coming soon
We are having a renovation done on a room at the back of the training hall. This will contain free weights and cages for lifting.
We do have weights that are used within this area currently, if you wish to ask about using them please fill in our contact form.
